• Umbrela Tree shall take full responsibility and reasonable measures to protect the secrecy and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of confidential information of the other.
  

• Umbrela Tree shall ensure that our employees who have access to confidential information of the other party has signed a non-use and non-disclosure agreement in content similar to the provisions hereof, prior to any disclosure of confidential information to such employees.
  

• Umbrela Tree shall not make any copies of the confidential information of the other party unless the same are previously approved in writing by the other party.
